This service sucks to the max... Takes hours to deposit... It takes even more hours to withdraw... My withdrawal pending for more than 10 hours and still pending. WTF! Stay away!

please read the FAQ/HowTo. withdrawals are enabled after the coins were 4 days in the pool. afterwards withdrawals are processed every 24hours. kind regards ahh ok, serhanni already answered that correctly!
and "leschw" - you have a total of 3 posts and all are in our thread with negative comments. So if you are real user just file a support ticket please - support tickets getting answered after 48hours max.
