i PM you is for you to take note of the pending withdrawal , did told you i've no such issue with other casino (some of them have daily reload bonus what if they've delayed payments for days it'll defeat the purpose of the daily reload bonus , so usually their withdrawal just takes few hour to proceed .) im not sure what causes miscommunication between you & your support department. was it too many PM on same pending request to you , so sorry about that .
