Unless you create them correctly, you can actually get a much higher account limit for sale. I usually just follow https://auctionstealth.com/ to create my accounts, or if I'm in a hurry,

I just go to: https://www.aspkin.com/forums/ebay-accounts-sale/

And pick a seller I'm comfortable with. I know all those sellers are vetted fully by Aspkin. No issues to date.
