LOL, yeah that doesn't mean much of anything if there's not an independent 3rd party acting as escrow, or if there's not a campaign manager who's trusted.  You people better watch out.  Not saying this is a scam, but it's never good when a campaign doesn't use escrow or have a manager who's not the owner of the project.  It's just too easy to forget all the campaign participants once the project starts going south.  Plus you're working too cheaply here.  Even for the Philippines, this is peanuts.
