Let me clarify- the paid services is optional, and we do want the community to ask for help within the official places on the bitsend outlets such as; bitcointalk forums, official forums, twitter, discord, telegram, or anywhere they can get free support and help with their masternode. However, we are just an optional addition to the community. They can find us as a paid option.  Thanks for allowing me to clarify.
