That is what exactly the purpose of bitcoin and the digital currencies. To make the payment system more reliable, fast, and cheap. I can't really imagine why other countries look at it as a disadvantage to them.
It's very nice and good when that BTC will as pay for system. many people will happy to this when it all countries accept them as payment. but when are time can accept them. hoping that all countries will accept them that all people will pay any transaction with no transaction fees. espicialy in my countries in phillipines. many people are waiting for that.
