Really? Perhaps you change vendors and get your hardware from:
BFL
Avalon
Hashfast
etc
Right now KNC has been the MOST professional of any vendor bar none.
Do me a favor try contacting BFL, Avalon, Friedcat, really anyone who sells ASICs and see what kind of customer service/response you get.
I'd remind you that you bought either a 200gh Saturn or a 400gh Jupiter and you got 40% more hashrate than you paid for, you got more than you paid for in a reasonable timeframe
Buy a 60Gh unit from BFL and you get 55Gh of hashrate.
As my final comment, to date, name ANY ASIC company that has
delivered closer to on schedule, or more Hashrate for less money than KNC?!?!
