I never said there were any.
I would MUCH rather have the shares available in an open exchange where anyone can easily buy and sell positions, not a private exchange where only hardcore ActiveMining enthusiasts are trading amongst themselves.
The "ActiveExchange" would be a public exchange just like Bitfunder et al, but there won't be market trading until colored coins. Good luck easily buying and selling positions on Havelock with its very low liquidity.
Currently, yes. However, if they are truly "fully licensed" as they say, it will likely bring the investors in, creating liquidity. Worth keeping an eye on, at least.
