Not necessarily since bitcoin is currently in a bull break. In fact EOS ''pump'' wasn't that much of a pump considering every other coin was ''pumped'' as well so I don't really see any reason for EOS to go down alone unless bitcoin goes down as well.
EOS pumped before that BTC got a 1000$ increase in 30min. Of course then it beneficiated from the whole pump, but the EOS is performing better than other since a few days (and even before).
Better than btc but many altcoins had a % increase similar or higher than EOS like cardano or even verge with a 70% in the last week compared to 55% of EOS so there is really no fear of a big dump, just a normal correction.
