I live just north of Chicago, so I preferred to drive down and pick the cards up, just to make sure everything was copacetic.  Even before the drive, the OP and his business partner were in touch via text and answered all questions quickly and thoroughly.  He even drove north a little to meet me, and had a receipt and general Bill of Sale that I had requested (giving me a small window to return the cards if they were DOA).

So all-in-all, dude doesn't F around, is a good person to boot, and would recommend without hesitation.
