I am list 1. with 0 IOTA. David processed everyone from list 1 who said they would donate a % of their IOTA to the foundation. Those who did not offer were ignored and are still being ignored. I originally declined because I find it wholly inappropriate to solicit donations as part of the same process of giving people their money back, especially since it had already been 9 months of waiting. As it turns out I was correct - he only processed those who paid. One guy told him to F-off about the donation. Can you take a guess as to whether or not his reclaim was processed? It was not. The donations feel like a shakedown.

He ignored me after saying I'd like to consider the donation separately from this process, so I attempted to pay the bribe and offered up 5% of my stake. So far that hasn't had an effect.

According to David, I should quite whining, and this is all my fault. How long is an acceptable amount of time for me to sit here and shut up before complaining? It has been 11 months.
