a friend of mine wants to buy rvn.  it will be there first crypto purchase and have no btc, just $$$.  Loooking to buy between 4000-8000 rvn coins.   what is the easiest way to do this

I mine my coins and dont want to sell any.  I looked at the exchanges we have and well....  they are pretty terrible to use.  So there must be an easier way?
