I think no one knows when will the market turn and start growing again. Also, it is true that there is no specific time for it to grow. Everyone actually has no idea about it unless there is a news spreading about the trend of  bitcoin. Price of bitcoin is basically unstable and unpredictable that is why it is not easy to know when the price will go up or go down.
