You have to be an accredited investor to participate in ICOs according to US legislation. Or you can join ICO pools.
Really? I'm surprised. As I know US citizens can invest on ETF that provide crypto-investing... ammm... without buying real BTC 
But I thought if ICO under US laws any people can invest on it.
