I have a weird situation. I have a 6 GPU Vega 56 rig and 3 use GPU Core Voltage (VDDC) at 0.981 and the other 3 at 0.863 
All I can think about is they are on separate PSU's but those PSU's are identical. They all use the same power tabel and clocks speeds for the most part so it is not that. What else can it be?
