There are no reviews available anywhere, I don't think that there is even an ANN thread on the forum about its site.

That alone would tell me to not use their site for exchanging any amount of crypto, in my opinion. Also, even though it is listed on coinmarketcap as an exchange, its volume is so low and the spreads are so high. The volume of the whole exchange amounts to 1.5 BTC or so per day, its design of the sidebar seems to have copied poloniex's design, and the difference between buy/sell for even big coins like LTC is 20-25%, due to the lack of volume.

I don't know if it's 100% scam, but I wouldn't use it simply because there is a high risk that they will encounter issues and not be able to resolve them, and there are simply no reason to use such a low volume exchange.
