I also believe he choose that value for a reason, based on some Chart patterns.
Bitcoin held around 7k for a few weeks and is back above 8k.
I do believe the end of 2018 will be $20k.
End of 2019 will be the deadline.

Bitcoin is now an option on Craigslist for buying cars.
More dealers are accepting Bitcoin when you, and I demand they accept bitcoin if they want to make a sale.

Doing that will help boost education and therefore value.
