FINALLLLLYY FIGURED IT OUT....... FOR MAC users

you must use the TEXTEDIT app and copy and paste the node list of the previous post in that..... then name it 808.conf, before you save that file in TextEdit , click the TextEdit name in the top left corner of screen and go to preferences.. under the first tab make sure its in plain text and not rich text.... then click the other tab and make sure the .txt extension box is UNCHECKED.... then click save and copy the file...

open up Finder and click the GO tab at the top....you need to click the LIBRARY tab which isn't shown, so to get it to show you need to hold the alt/option key and it will show up... then click LIBRARY....... Then Click APPLICATION SUPPORT...... Then click 808... It should be the one of the first ones...... then paste your 808.conf file there.... RESTART your wallet and it will  SYNC !!!!!!
