From a investing point of view the price of bitcoin is low because it has dropped over 60% since ATH. But from a normal point of view $8K for one single crypto coin is high. So it's a good time to invest but be carefull and don't go all-in at once. I personally wouldn't invest in bitcoin because there are other coins which could give more profit much quicker.
