They will be fully operational end june.
Its just a user interface you are looking at on their site, you cant trade, you cant do nothing. If you could, i would withdrawl all the funds, coz you have 1.00345678 BTC, 1.00345678 ETH, etc Wink

About promoting the CPEX Coinpulsecoin, well thats kinda normal also, you got binance coin, kucoin, cobinhood...
I prefer getting listed on this, instead on some crappy dead exchange tbh.
