I am sorry but definitely  I disagree with you buddy,Its not enough  reason  that you want to invest  you will sell your house,because a house is where your family  live,what happened  to your  family  if your investment  failed?maybe you could have a another way to get a good  way to get another source  of income to invest . try to think of it before you go for a very critical decision.
