I would also like to vote Sir rickbig41 but he's already a moderator in Philippines local board. Monitoring and moderating two section at a time is a little difficult (I guess). Also suggesting Sir Jet 
He's also now a global moderator which I believe is a somewhat recent thing?Because this people have easily the experience to be mods and just didnt go there anymore because nobody was giving a fuck regarding moderation of the sub in the last 3 years.

I'm not doubting you could get a 1000 reports each day or even more for that matter, but judging by the amount of reports which have been made no one is willing to do just that. Even if we were to add up the top 20 reporters in Politics and Society it wouldn't be anywhere close. Just because someone can doesn't mean they do or will.
