By mixing legitimate businesses with alleged scams you are doing exactly the opposite of what you cliam you are doing.
1.You are making it more difficult for the community to select trustworthy services.
2. You disincentivize trustworthy services to disclose if and when they are hacked since you condemn them to have their reputation smeared no matter what they do. Even when the users suffer no other loss than an interruption of service.
