I think that "fasten your seatbelts" is a good advice. A seatbelt reduces a lot of possible injuries as well when you hit the bottom or just crash, it's not only usefull while going upwards.
By the way, when the "rocket starts", make sure you are outside so you do not hit the room ceiling after
