Yes it is,bitcoin's value has been growing and trying to break the current resistances that is why most of the coin in the market seems to be bullish.But it doesnt mean that it will lasts,not unless these big players wont manipulate the whole market,as we can see these altcoins reacts whenever bitcoin has failed or  dumos which is why we need to check bitcoin's movements.
