I'm sure it was a panic seller seeing the rise of BTC and wanted to convert back into BTC.  It's a shame whomever didn't realize when BTC was bouncing around 200 for the last week was the time for readjusting their BTC exposure levels and the damage has already been done to the alts.  With this next rise of BTC I expect most of the strong coins to keep their BTC ratios intact.
