Hmm, that's strange. Can you uninstalling completely and then reinstalling the latest version again?
Do you have lbrynet-daemon.exe in C:\Program Files\LBRY\resources\static\daemon ? You can try running that first and then starting up the App. It may be a temp workaround until we can reproduce the problem. Can you share any event log errors, if they exist? Also, try adding that path to exceptions in your AV/Anti spyware/malware programs.
