One of the option would be that he is in fact going to return 3500btcs that he is supposed to have in form of one time dividend as he promised. And by doing this he would be making some nice profit for himself
ill second that.. and the people who dumped don't even realise that if sam/fabrizio is forced to give the money back.. only people who hold shares at that time will benefit...
so all the people who continuously called scam after having panic sold .. would get nothing.
