I don't see the two have a happy ending,
it always ends worse,
we need to choose one out of the two.

This is not necessarily so. Gambling can be fun if you don't risk amounts which you can't afford to lose. Gambling can even help in making a relationship last, when both partners are engaged in the process. But you are right in the situation when only one partner is a gambler, then indeed one have to choose either gambling or the relationship. Gambling consumes too much time and if you are not with your partner in it together the relationship will end sooner or later.
You put on a joke, LOL. Gambling does not have a good thing and only has a lot of evils and losses. Gambling games must be removed from a relationship. Whatever the way that do not ever include gambling in our lives. If you consider gambling as an entertainment then I think it is a mistake because entertainment will never destroy a life. And when we consider gambling as an income then it is a stupidity because there is still much more convincing work and making a lot of money than just hoping for a gambling game.

Well probably not everyone would agree to your statement where it only has evils. Because if you think about it it would really be your self where you let greed destroy your life but if you manage it I think it would lead to a better outcome. It doesn't hurt to have entertainment once in awhile but thinking you could make a lot of money there would be stupid.
