In mining you have a good choice with that and low risk specialy if you are mining altcoins and the price of electricity in your place is low you gonna make a good profit in mining.
But this is the issue. You cant get electricity at such low rates so that you can be able to meet the profit line after mining. Many people have tried mining in their houses or offices but they all ended up with big losses. This mining isnt a little bit expensive and the only factor that can reduces the price is low electricity but if you are living in a commercial or residence area, where would be getting that.
