I suggest you have to work for your high rank first. Higher ranks will give you a high privilege in this forum and will help you earn more money. I would not advice you to buy tokens from altcoins because most of them are either unsuccessful or a scam. If you want to buy, buy cryptos like ethereum, ripple, and litecoin.
