Frankly speaking as for me all this data usage without the user confirmation is like robbery that was being used y many big and well known players before without rewarding somehow uders that actually generated all those data! So I believe that in this case BEX would cahnge the current situation in the data market.
The more BEX team will attend conferences like Blockchain Expo in good ole London - the more people will learn about that robery that is hed everyday and and one day they will ask those companies to answer some very uncomfortable questions.
Users had to be rewarded for the data that they have generated!
Totally agree, coinlawyer. It is like daylight robbery, and a lot of people are feeling ripped off.
Personally, I don't really mind that my personal info is being collected. I'm careful with what I disclose, but not paranoid about it all. But what I do mind is that people buy and sell this stuff and money is made (on a vast scale), but I get nothing--no royalties, no kickbacks, nada. It doesn't seem fair somehow, but this is how life is.
But then I think of things like this: A person is sitting in public, and a professional photographer sees something they like, takes a photo that ends up becoming iconic. They make a fortune yet the subject of the photo gets nothing. It doesn't seem fair somehow, but this is how life is.
