Have a look at Menu/odds, there is a simple formula to find out the probability to end up in each column. What I can say is that given the number of time people ended up in the previous-to-previous-to-last (11 times on green!), it becomes likely they touch the previous-to-last!
If there are statisticians around, forgive my formulation: of course what has happen so far doesn't imply anything in the future, but everyone should understand what I mean.
