They should add new coins and remove ones that have very low volume. A cleaning is needed badly.

They will do that. They have decided to remove/delist CENTRA token from binance https://support.binance.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002428872-Binance-Delists-Centra-CTR-Token

Don't worry about new token, they are always keep adding new coins regularly
