Normally and logically, panic will always come whenever you see the price moving no matter it is going up or going down. Indeed mostly, people getting panic whenever they see the price is going down. So it does not matter if you look at it every 5 minutes or every hour or every 24 hours, if you cant control yourself then you'll always be panic. The key is yourself, if you can manage your own emotion whether to stay on your plan or move to your other plan then you will not need to be panic.
