I would pass,its a shitcoin that wanted to cash on raven hype if i recall well they were neoscrypt first and when devs saw how popular was x16r they decided to switch.A lot of those coins are just clones created by the same crew who change algo,sell masternodes on discord auction and then abbandon it latter(or just run away with btc from auctions)
