Initially, I think that Google's ban on ICO-related ads on their platform does not affect the social bounty because the nature of social bounty is to post an ICO article in person rather than using advertising tools. However, they will ban all content related to the ICO and will ban all post accounts that include that content. This will restrict scam ICOs from reaching to fraudulent investors.
