i have two case;
firstly i bouth btc card from wirex and i paid 70 usd, card came to me with DHL. few days later card is blocked. i wirte wirex support they said we pay your money but i wait 4 months but they not send me money.
second case;
i have money in cex.io and i click the withraw, my money not came wirex.
firstly wirex said your money not came to us you must talk cex.io

i am waiting 4 feb. and wirex dont send me my money.

Damn that's weird. I used to be a active customer of them until visa removed support for cryptocurrency cards altogether. I think this was why your card got blocked. Regarding the issue of funds, check the blockchain address to see if its sent between both parties.
All these years I never faced any serious problems with them and even when I did face one, their support team solved it soon or later. Maybe they are selectively scamming people now due to decreasing profits or increasing expenditures for pushing out new cards and services? Tough to say or know for sure.
