Nice work.  That fixed the shares issue when switching back from devfee on cryptonight v7.

What does 'Enable PhyMem' do?  What is the advantage to enabling this?  I read https://www.codeproject.com/Articles/35378/Access-Physical-Memory-Port-and-PCI-Configuration that you reference on Github but still don't understand what it is or what benefit it provides - Gateless seems to work just fine without it...
