This is a mistake a lot of us make. If you track btc every minute you are more prone to panic selling. Btc has a lot of ups and downs, if you are in it long term the short price has little meaning
Yes dont do it oftentimes will just cause you stress and cant help you to achieve your goal not to sell quickly.. This is my habbit before but now i prevented it when i join campign /bounties.. I just let my btc invested and just wait to reach my target before i sell
