Yeah it's second hand, and I really wouldn't use it for gaming, I have a gtx 780 on my pc.
Your gtx 780 isn't that good either.Second hand or not, gaming is an option and in crossfire they are good.
$65 per GPU, considering their hashrate, this is a good deal.

780 is better than most any AMD card, smoke any 7970 at least.
Nvidia for gaming, AMD for mining and wearing out
