I don't have list about the best ICO project 2018, I choose not to join ICO project because the market still down and my money get stuck into several project. Even my asset not stuck, I'll choose to invest/ trade in bitcoin, eth and xmr not to ICO. I'm safe trader and I won't loss or get stress because face market, safe is my option.
