According to the whitepaper, the derivative exchange should now be ready for review by community. Where can I test the derivate exchange? Nothing is like stated in the whitepaper anymore.
Things have changed, I think you missed the part that the Derivates Exchange is cancelled for now, maybe they will do it somedays ... or maybe never. Now they want to run a Crypto Exchange located in the Netherlands with Fiat Gateway, have a look at the Proposal:
