at present, it is a big yes. Price of bitcoin has been so low for the past few weeks and it is a great deal for every member to buy a lot of it. It is a perfect time to buy more bitcoin and store and then wait until it goes normal then reach in its high price soon.
It is high enough now compared to the past few weeks where it drop to almost $6,000 and i guess OP missed the right time to buy a cheaper coin. The market was starting to rise on thursday because someone was buying Bitcoin in a pack because if you see the charts you can see that the price was suddenly rising without a warning.
$1.5k increased from last 1 week this is not a big difference if you try to invest a small amount in bitcoin. only those who want to buy more than 0.5 BTC for them it will affect a little bit. i think now you can buy bitcoins because again the price will not go down below $6k. This market is like this suddenly it will increase and decrease so when you feel the price is reasonable just buy it.
