For me, the best time to buy bitcoin is when the market is red since the dumps occuring is an opportunity you should never miss. Many people are always waiting for dumps not to bring other people down but to have the opportunity to buy bitcoin at a good condition. After buying at a low value, they will sell it when pumps comes and they will have higher profit.
