Quick update. This guy is still a scammer. He is both the owner of vccandbank.com and lightvcc.com
Found that by contacting these people:
www.aspkin.com/forums,
www.auctionessistance.comApparently many of their customers got duped as well.
There's so many people or places that just outright try to scam people or provide low quality stuff.
What I do know is that
https://www.aspkin.com/forums. is the place that started all these stealth stuff. Other places are just copying him.
