I filed a SEC complaint.
I wish we had a physical address for someone and I'd be more than happy to go show up there on behalf of all of us that have gotten fucked my Poloniex.
This is absurd... if you can't run a business without hurting your users... shut the fucking thing down.
Finally a response:
