For me, there is no such thing as good time because if you have money to buy bitcoin and if you are willing to buy bitcoin you must buy. But if you are asking if it is the good time, for me it is the good time to buy bitcoin because the price is low. Just have patience and wait for the time that the price will become high and sell your bitcoin.
