I'd say ICOs are always the best choice if you analyse them carefully. Most investors are just following what others do without any efforts. It leads them to scams and they blame legit ICOs as well.

I agree... Some investor just go with the flow which sometimes leads them to scam ICO.. If you were going to invest in ICO, you shoud have time analizing and investigating you prospect ICO.. Regarding the "legit" ICO, i cant recommend anything coz I'm just new in this field but there is an ICO im interested investing right now.. Its Bitxoxo Exchange.. Im planning to put my investment there coz I see big potential on that ICO..
