Typically if you've got the peepcoin.conf in the proper %appdata%/Peepcoin folder, it will connect and begin syncing within 2-5 minutes. Did you open your wallet and let it connect?

Have you placed the bootstrap and config file in the same directory as the wallet is running from? Have you disabled your antivirus, and allowed the peepcoin-qt.exe through the firewall?

If you have done all of those correctly, we can try to get you a more proper step-by-step help 24/7 in the discord or telegram chat. =)

Yes I have done all that, but I wont sync down in the corner of the wallet it says “0 active connections to PeerCoin Network”
After unzip the Botstrap it shows 292 files.
The old files that I delite, I cant get rid of them they come back always after I open the wallet.

Here I had to load the whole block for more than one day, there was also a problem. In similar projects I downloaded the file of all the blocks in 5 minutes, and everything worked there, this file was updated daily. Maybe the file is very large?
